By booking an appointment with SoCo Bronze Spray Tanning, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Appointments & Booking

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. Accurate contact information is required when booking. SoCo Bronze Spray Tanning reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or failure to follow pre-appointment instructions.

Mobile Service Requirements

As a mobile spray tanning service, clients are responsible for providing an appropriate indoor space for the appointment, including:

  • Adequate ventilation

  • Sufficient room for the spray tanning tent setup

  • Access to a standard electrical outlet

  • A temperature-controlled environment

Clients must also ensure pets, children, and distractions are kept away from the tanning area during the appointment.

Travel Fee Policy

Travel fees are a tiered-structure, calculated based on one-way mileage from the SoCo Bronze Spray Tanning home studio location in Lakeville, MA. Travel distance is determined by Google Maps.

  • Appointments within 25 miles incur no travel fee

  • 26–35 miles: $1 per mile beyond 25 miles

  • 36–45 miles: $2 per mile beyond 35 miles

  • 46–55 miles: $3 per mile beyond 45 miles

  • Appointments beyond 55 miles will be accepted but will require a custom travel plan & quote prior to finalized booking.

Client Attire & Minor Policy

For client comfort and professionalism, male clients are required to wear an appropriate undergarment during all spray tanning services. SoCo Bronze Spray Tanning reserves the right to refuse service if this requirement is not followed.

Clients under the age of 18 must have signed consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to receiving any spray tanning service, which is provided through Sunsette, our appointment booking site. Clients age 16 and under are additionally required to have a parent or legal guardian physically present during the appointment. Any clients under 18 are required to wear top & bottom undergarments.

By booking an appointment for a minor, the parent or guardian acknowledges and accepts all service terms, pre-tan & after-tan care instructions, and liability policies on behalf of the minor client.

Pre-Tan & After-Tan Instructions

Clients agree to follow all pre-tan and after-tan care instructions provided before and after the appointment. Failure to properly prepare for or care for the spray tan may impact results, and SoCo Bronze Spray Tanning is not responsible for uneven fading, discoloration, or shortened tan longevity due to improper preparation or aftercare.

Rinse Time Window

Clients agree to rinse within the recommended rinse time window discussed during the appointment and to follow all aftercare instructions to achieve optimal results.

Health & Skin Conditions

Clients should not book an appointment if they have:

  • A sunburn. We will not spray tan over a sunburn that has not completely healed.

  • Peeling skin

  • Open wounds

  • Certain skin conditions that may interfere with tanning results

Clients are responsible for disclosing allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. While products are professionally formulated, individual reactions cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 12 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the full service amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the full service amount.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods will be provided at booking.

Refund Policy

All spray tanning services provided by SoCo Bronze Spray Tanning are non-refundable due to the customized and personal nature of the service.

Client satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your spray tan result, you must contact SoCo Bronze Spray Tanning within 36 hours of your appointment and before attempting to alter or remove the tan. In certain cases, a complimentary touch-up may be offered to correct application-related concerns.

Refunds will not be issued for issues resulting from failure to follow pre-tan or after-tan care instructions, including but not limited to improper skin preparation, early rinsing, use of prohibited skincare products, excessive sweating, swimming, or other aftercare-related factors.

Results may vary based on individual skin type, body chemistry, medications, and lifestyle factors. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and accept these variables.
